- Direct BigQuery access for personal AI is being decommissioned in September; new direct-access requests approved only for genuine edge cases FAI can't support
- Skills 'flea market' replaces GitHub for team-to-team skill sharing — 18 curated official plugins plus 28 on the flea market, auto-updating for subscribers
- FAI runs in regular and private modes; in regular mode the BI team treats unanswered data questions as signals to improve documentation and expand coverage
